Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will close Courtenay Parkway from Grove Boulevard to Merritt Avenue and Merritt Avenue, east to Plumosa Avenue at 9:30 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 4 for the Merritt Island Holiday Parade.

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will close Courtenay Parkway from Grove Boulevard to Merritt Avenue and Merritt Avenue, east to Plumosa Avenue, at 9:30 a.m. until approximately 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 4 for the Merritt Island Holiday Parade.

The traffic will be re-routed to Tropical Trail, SR-520, and SR-528. Motorists wishing to drive through the area are cautioned to allow extra time.

If you wish to participate in the parade, applications are available upon request.
