Edward was a U.S. Army veteran, member of American Legion Post #1 and Moose Lodge #1962

Edward J. Panzer “Mr. Ed”, age 95, of Mims, died Thursday, December 16, 2021, at his residence. Born in Carson, Wisconsin, he came to the area in 1964 from Milwaukee, WI.

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – Edward J. Panzer “Mr. Ed”, age 95, of Mims, died Thursday, December 16, 2021, at his residence. Born in Carson, Wisconsin, he came to the area in 1964 from Milwaukee, WI.

Edward was a United States Army veteran, member of the American Legion Post #1 and Moose Lodge #1962.

He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Edward was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather that will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Survivors include his daughter, Rosie Toumey, of Mims; 2 granddaughters, Dawn Toumey and Faith (Jason) Denman; great-granddaughter, Madalyn Denman; 2 great-grandsons, Jason Denman and Cash Toumey, all of Mims. Edward was preceded in death by his parents, wife of over 60 years, Dolores; brother, Walter, Jr.; 2 sisters, Elaine and Shirley; great-granddaughter, Jamie and son-in-law, John “Butch” Toumey.

The funeral service with military honors will be 2 p.m. Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
