WATCH REPLAY: The Merritt Island Mustangs defeated the Sebring Blue Streaks 12-10 in the Class 5A FHSAA State Semifinals on Friday night at the O-Dome. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and his family were in attendance to participate in the coin-toss as the ‘Stangs and Blue Streaks put on a show for the capacity crowd. Mustang quarterback Brady Denaburg accounted for 10 of the Mustang’s 12 points, throwing for a score, and PAT, and the game-winning field goal.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Merritt Island Mustangs will take on the Sebring Blue Streaks in the Class 5A Semifinal round of the 2021 FHSAA playoffs on Friday night at the O-Dome – and you can catch all the action LIVE on Space Coast Daily TV, with Brevard’s best and most experienced sports announcers – the Friday Night Locker Room’s Steve Wilson and Orville Susong – on the call.

The kick-off is at 7:30 p.m. and the pregame show will start at 7 p.m.  This game is brought to you by Medfast Urgent Care Centers, Erdman Automotive,Health First, and All Points.

The Mustangs (12-1) are coming off a dominating performance last Friday when they shutout the Satellite Scorpions 21-0 at the O-Dome. As the historic season continues for Merritt Island, Sebring is also having a magical season after they knocked off 11-1 No. 1 Clearwater on the road last week.
