Pizza Gallery & Grill in Viera Names Chef Kevin Brutto as New General Manager

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Pizza Gallery & Grill selected Kevin Brutto as the eatery’s new General Manager as the restaurant continues to grow its culture of inspired cuisine.

“I love working for Chris (Conneen) as he has a passion for food, art, his team, and the community,” said Brutto.

Opened in 1989, Pizza Gallery & Grill in Viera offers gourmet pizza and fine art in a fun, family atmosphere.

Menu options are named after famous artists such as M.C. Escher and Georgia O’Keefe.

With a strong penchant for providing and giving back to the local Brevard County community, it makes sense that PGG’s motto is to “Enrich Our Community and Provide Incredible Dining Experiences.”

Joining the existing leadership team at PGG, Brutto boasts a long history of working with famous seasoned chefs and making art with his family and in pottery classes.

“I have enjoyed the food industry and art all of my life,” said Brutto. “I loved doing ceramics with my grandmother for many years and have so many pieces of art I treasure.”

Brutto’s experience in the restaurant industry began in high school.

“I joined the chef de cuisine in St. Louis, Missouri, and took on an extensive apprenticeship,” said Brutto.

“I worked for Tony’s 5 Star Restaurant in St. Louis, St. Louis Country Club, and Missouri Athletic Club throughout my apprenticeship. I loved doing ice carvings, buffet set-ups, and menu creations, but most of all, I love building sales by creating happy guests.”
