WATCH: Titusville police detectives are investigating the burglary of a local independent jewelry store that occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1. Anyone with information is urged to call the Titusville Police Department at (321) 264-7800 or can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward up to $5,000 by calling Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville police detectives are investigating the burglary of a local independent jewelry store that occurred at approximately 3:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 1.

According to Titusville police spokesperson Amy Matthews, the preliminary investigation revealed Stephens’s Jewelers, located at 2825 Garden Street, was burglarized by two suspects described to be black males wearing all black clothing, gloves, and masks over their faces.

“Video surveillance shows the suspects using a glass breaker to enter the front door of the business and then stealing several thousands of dollars worth of merchandise,” said Matthews.

“The suspects left the scene in a newer model white BMW X3 and possibly headed west on Garden Street toward Interstate 95.”
