Effective immediately, the Palm Bay Building Department will have modified hours of operation. Building Department offices will be open to the public from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and open by appointment from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. (City of Palm Bay image)

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Effective immediately, the Palm Bay Building Department will have modified hours of operation. Building Department offices will be open to the public from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and open by appointment from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Documents may be submitted digitally by emailing buildingpermits@pbfl.org.

This change will remain in effect until further notice. The use of proper PPE is encouraged to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.
