Edith married Lawrence Crew on April 8, 1944

Edith Daire Law Crew, 97, of Merritt Island went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2021.

BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – Edith Daire Law Crew, 97, of Merritt Island went to be with the Lord on December 23, 2021.

Edith was born on January 25, 1924, in Lawford, West Virginia. Edith married Lawrence Crew on April 8, 1944.

They honeymooned in Fort Pierce Florida. Having fallen in love with Florida, Edith and Lawrence moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1959. She will be missed by all especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Edith is survived by her son Greg Crew and wife Linda of Elizabethtown Kentucky, daughter Sandra and Jerry Giorella, Merritt Island, and daughter Stephanie Crew, Melbourne Beach. Edith was predeceased by an infant son, Richey Dallas Crew, and her oldest son David Lawrence Crew.
