BREVARD COUNTY • ROCKLEDGE, FLORIDA – A free college scholarship fair will be held at Rockledge High School on Jan. 18 and applications for the Infinite Scholars Program are now being accepted.
The Infinite Scholars Program is a non-profit organization and Vice President Dr. Laura Dorsey said the mission is to help send deserving students to college.
They conduct 33 scholarship fairs each year nationwide, with one being held in Brevard County, which this year will be held at Rockledge High School, located at 220 Rockledge Avenue, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

According to Dr. Michael Cadore, Associate Dean of Enrollment, Initiatives and Engagement at Eastern Florida State College, Infinite Scholars has awarded over $25 million to local high school students over the last five years.
Brevard Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Mark Mullins beams with pride and excitement when he talks about the number of students that have been helped by this program.
“That is why we do this,” said Mullins, “I thank Infinite Scholars for not just setting kids up with dreams but setting them up with the ability to make dreams come true.”
Not only does Infinite Scholars provide scholarships, but it also helps students find additional resources that will allow them to attend college.
“It’s hard to not get emotional when you see the students as they realize that because of the Infinite Scholars Program, they may now have a pathway to college that they did not think previously existed,” said Burt Clark, principal at Rockledge High School.
High school students that are interested will need to register online at www.InfinitesScholar.org as soon as possible.
