Cocoa High School was once again evacuated on Wednesday for the third time in nearly two weeks due to a bomb threat, according to school officials.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Cocoa High School was once again evacuated on Wednesday for the third time in nearly two weeks due to a bomb threat, according to school officials.

Law enforcement have swept through the school as part of their investigation and all students and staff have been accounted for, official say.

During the investigation, staff and students are in a designated safety zone while police work through their investigation.

This is the third bomb threat in two weeks for Cocoa High School.

The first bomb threat came in on Feb. 4 after it was reported by school officials that a parent called into the school with a bomb threat.

The second bomb threat came a week later on Feb. 11 for a similar reason.

Details surrounding the third bomb threat are still pending.
