Palm Bay Man Arrested in Melbourne for Drug Possession After Found Unresponsive in Truck

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police arrested Andrew K. Allaire, 29, for Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Sell, Felony Possession of Cannabis, and multiple counts of Possession of Paraphernalia.
According to Melbourne Police Officer Shaun Hill, officers responded to the area of the 7-11 located at 2088 Aurora Road, in reference to a male who appeared to be unresponsive on Saturday, February 5.
“Officers arrived on the scene and were able to speak to the male, later identified as Andrew K. Allaire,” said Officer Hill.
“While speaking to Allaire, the officers immediately smelled the odor of cannabis coming from inside the vehicle.”
An investigation then ensued which determined Allaire was in possession of the following:
■ 65 Grams of Cocaine
■ 4 Grams of Alprazolam
■ 2.2 Pounds of Cannabis
Allaire’s 2010 Toyota Tundra pickup truck was also seized during the incident.
