REGISTER NOW: Brevard Schools Adult Education Basic Construction Training Course Begins May 3

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Public Schools Adult & Community Education in conjunction with Education Is Cool will present an 82.5 hour, 12-week short-term basic construction training program to Titusville.
Classes will run from May 3 through July 23. meeting on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and select Saturdays.
Participants will learn hands-on, coupled with foundational theory using the National Construction Center for Education and Research training materials to enter the workforce at an accelerated pace.
The participants who complete the program will have the knowledge and skills to fill construction shortages in skilled positions. After they have completed the course and received their certifications, they receive placement assistance with reputable construction companies within the region with the help of HZ Construction.
There will be several registration events throughout North Brevard to answer any questions and to assist with the application process.
The registration events will be held on the following dates:
■ Saturday, February 19, 2022- Cuyler Park Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
■ Saturday, March 26, 2022- Issac Campbell Park Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
■ Saturday, April 9, 2022- Cuyler Park Titusville 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
