Titusville Fire’s Public Education Van Wins Florida Sheriffs Association’s Vehicle Graphics Contest

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Fire Department won first place in the 2022 Vehicle Graphics contest sponsored by the Florida Sheriffs Association and the Florida Fire Chiefs’ Association. 

Titusville Fire Department’s Life Safety Specialist Kerri Lubeski was on hand at the Fire Rescue East conference and trade show to accept the award.

The public education van was outfitted by Mike Lights ‘N More Installations of Orlando, the vehicle wrap was completed by Bluetail Graphics, and finally, the graphics design was completed in house by Wil Petty with the City of Titusville.

Votes were cast on social media for the vehicles entered in the contest, with a panel of judges having the final say. We are extremely proud to have this statewide recognition right here in Titusville.

The 2020 Ford Transit is used by Lubeski to bring fun activities and learning opportunities to the public covering a broad range of subjects like fire safety, child passenger safety seats and more.

This is the first van that Titusville Fire purchased for public education and it allows her to reliably bring supplies for presentations at various public events.

The vehicle is also outfitted with an emergency lighting and siren package.
