ABOVE VIDEO: President Biden is expected to deliver remarks at 12:30 p.m. ET on Thursday following a virtual meeting with G7 leaders on Russia’s attack on Ukraine. In an early Thursday statement, Mr. Biden said he spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and “condemned this unprovoked and unjustified attack by Russian military forces.”
