BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Sunshine State Conference announced the 2021-22 All-SSC Women’s Swimming Teams on Friday afternoon and Savannah Brennan earned All-SSC Second Team honors.

This marks Brennan’s third All-SSC honor, having been named to the 2019-20 First Team and 2018-19 Second Team. She is the first Florida Tech women’s swimmer to be named to the All-SSC team three times.

The honor comes two weeks after Brennan won the 1000 Free Final at the 2022 Sunshine State Conference Swim Championships with a time of 10:04.08, breaking her own school record by six seconds in the process.

This season, Brennan recorded nine individual wins and helped the Panthers to six relay victories as well. She currently holds six school records.

A two-time reigning SSC Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year will hit the water for the final time in her college career next week in Greensboro, North Carolina at the NCAA Championships.

She is slated to swim in the 200 Breast, 400 IM, 500 Free, and 1000 Free in what will be her fourth appearance at nationals.
