BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne calls for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 90, expected to be a windy day, with a south wind of 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph on Thursday.

■ Thursday Night: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 70. South southwest wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

■ Friday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82. Southwest wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

■ Friday Night: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 67. North northwest wind around 5 mph.

■ Saturday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. East northeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
