Launch is targeted for 9:30 p.m. ET.

The latest weather report shows conditions are 60-percent favorable on Friday with heavy cloud cover being the major concern.

SpaceX’s Starlink is the constellation of networked satellites aimed to provide internet services to those who are not yet connected, and to provide reliable and affordable internet across the globe.

The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will land on the drone ship “A Shortfall of Gravitas” in the Atlantic Ocean.
