10th Annual East Coast Dog Surfing Festival Set for Easter Sunday, April 17 in Cocoa Beach

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Brevard Humane Society will host the 10th Annual East Coast Dog Surfing Festival, sponsored by Ron Jon Surf Shop, on Saturday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach.

The Bunny Paddle Out will begin at 9 a.m., along with dog surfing lessons beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m., the cost is $10 per dog. Beach access for dogs begins at 8 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m., and the cost is $5 per dog.

The East Coast Dog Surfing Championship will take place from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m., the cost is $25 per dog.

Doggy Best Easter Outfit contest will take place at 10 a.m. and the Doggy Bikini Contest is set for 1 p.m.

Food, drinks and vendors will all be available at the event.
