Brevard Sheriff’s Office to Hold ‘Shoot With the Sheriff’ May 5 at Frogbones Shooting Center in Melbourne

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – It is time to ‘Shoot with the Sheriff’ to help support two great causes, but, before we start talking about this great event, let’s be clear, it’s called ‘Shoot With The Sheriff’ and not ‘Shoot At The Sheriff’.
Now with that out of the way, this fun styled shooting event is hosted by Frogbones Shooting Center of Melbourne and is a fundraiser for two great organizations, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Charity Organization and the Navy Seal Foundation.
The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Charity helps all of our Brevard County Public Safety Officers during a time of need and also includes the Sheriff’s Pet Posse that helps support the care of homeless pets in our community.
The Navy SEAL Foundation is a national nonprofit organization that provides a comprehensive set of over 30 essential programs for SEALs, SWCCs, veterans, and their families.
As part of the $150 entry fee and donation, participants will be taking part in the shooting competition and will also have a great meal provided by the Double Tap Grill.
The entry fee also includes everything needed to compete against the Sheriff, including ammo and various guns to try during the event.
