Brevard Zoo’s Entrance Road Named ‘Wildlife Way’ After Receiving 4,000 Votes

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – After receiving nearly 4,000 votes, Brevard Zoo announced that the symbolic name for their entrance road will be Wildlife Way.

Wildlife Way was suggested by Pinewood Elementary.

Students from 24 Brevard Public Schools sent in 24 options for the road that leads visitors from Wickham Road into the Zoo.

“Brevard Zoo has seen such support from the community from its start,” said Executive Director Keith Winsten. “It felt right to bring in our community – especially our younger members – to come up with our new street name.”
