The City of Melbourne and Lipscomb Street Park Association will be holding an appreciation program and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex on Saturday, April 23 at 9 a.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The City of Melbourne and Lipscomb Street Park Association will be holding an appreciation program and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex on Saturday, April 23 at 9 a.m.

The event will take place at the Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr. Community Complex (formerly Lipscomb Park), located at 3316 South Monroe Street in Melbourne.

Food, games and other fun activities will be provided.

The Melbourne City Council and the Board of County Commissioners approved the renaming of the park to honor Eddie Lee Taylor, Sr.
