Florida Tech Cheer & Dance to Compete at NCA & NDA Collegiate National Championship

DAYTONA BEACH, FLORIDA – The Florida Tech Cheer & Dance Team is set to compete at the 2022 NCA & NDA College National Championship this week in Daytona Beach, Florida.

The team will take aim at the Pom Division II competition, which begins Thursday, April 7 at the Ocean Center. Tech will take the stage on Thursday at 5:20 p.m. and be competing against Texas A&M International, Oklahoma Baptist, Assumption, and Dallas Baptist.

The top three teams from Thursday’s performances will advance to the Pom Division II Finals on Friday beginning at 3:58 p.m. at the Ocean Center.

Representing the Panthers at the national championship are Elise Aurora Medhus, Gabriella Cadolino, Lindsey Lease, Julia Martinus, Allison Poling, Gayle Portnoff, and Ashauntie Reid, Emma Saurman, Samantha Sequeira, and Faith Westby.

The 2022 NCA & NDA College National Championship will have a live broadcast on Varsity TV. You can stream the championship from your desktop, mobile, or TV and it is available on Roku, Fire TV, Chromecast, and Apple TV.

If you can’t watch live, you can watch rebroadcasted footage from the event, which will be archived and stored in a video library for Varsity TV subscribers to watch for the duration of their subscription.
