Melbourne Man Charged with Molesting Three Kids After DCF Alerts Police to Allegations of Sexual Misconduct

Streck charged with three-counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have arrested a 35-year-old Melbourne man after the Department of Children and Families (DCF) was alerted last week to allegations of sexual misconduct occurring at the River Palm Hotel in Melbourne involving the man and three children aged 5, 6, and 8-years-old.

Detectives with the Melbourne Police Department responded immediately to the scene to began a thorough and extensive investigation which resulted in the arrest of Christopher Michael Streck on three-counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation.

“The Department of Children and Families alerted the Melbourne Police Department to allegations of sexual misconduct occurring at the River Palm Hotel involving an adult male and three minor children,” said Melbourne Police Sgt. Jason McKinney.

“Detectives with the Melbourne Police Department responded immediately and began a thorough and extensive investigation which resulted in the expedient arrest of Christopher Michael Streck on three counts of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation.”

Streck was booked into the Brevard County jail.

Streck’s court date is set for May 19 in front judge David Silverman.
