Outstanding Prep Scholar-Athletes, Coaches and Administrators to Be Honored at ‘Breakfast of Champions’ May 13

The 14-year-old Breakfast of Champions is back this year on May 13 after a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19. This year‘s event will be held on Friday, May 13, once again at the Cocoa Beach Country Club and you are invited to be a featured sponsor of one of the student-athletes who will be highlighted.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Space Coast Daily and the Friday Night Locker Room, in conjunction with Eastern Florida State College, will once host the Breakfast of Champions to honor the best student-athletes in Brevard’s High Schools.

This exciting event is set for Friday, May 13, beginning at  8 a.m. at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.

We are looking forward to another great event and are seeking individual award sponsors for the 34 awards to be presented to the best of the best in our county.

These student-athletes are just amazing and it’s a great chance to show your community support for their futures.

Businesses and individuals looking to support these outstanding youth and prep athletes can sponsor an award for $500 and includes recognition during the awards event and in the program.

Sponsorship for an award is $500 and includes the following:

■ The award is named for the sponsor, such as ‘’Courtyard by Marriott/Residence Inn Boys’ Lacrosse Athlete of the Year, or your business name, such as ‘ABC Plumbing’ Girls’ Track Athlete of the Year. Awards can be named after the owner or manager of the business, the name of the business, or perhaps in the memory of someone you wish to honor.

■ As the sponsor, an invitation will be extended to you and up to four of your guests to join us for the breakfast. You’ll be seated with the student-athlete recipient of your award and their family, which is a great chance to meet these talented Athletes and get to know them on a personal level.

■ Space Coast Daily will be printing a program along with a PowerPoint presentation during the awards, which will include each named award and its recipient. Sponsor logos will be welcomed for this program and PowerPoint and the sponsor will be recognized during the presentations.

■ You, or your chosen representative, will be asked to present the award on stage to the recipient.

■ Space Coast Daily will broadcast the event live on Space Coast Daily TV to its it’s more than 378,000 subscribers.

■ Space Coast Daily will be including updates daily including new sponsors and the awards they have chosen to represent. Articles on the upcoming event, sponsors and recipients will be seen online.

■ Space Coast Daily will also be doing a full article on the event, sponsors and recipients, published in the Space Coast Daily magazine and newspaper, available throughout Brevard County.

As you can see there is a lot of exposure to those who sponsor an award. It’s a great way for your business to be viewed in a positive way, showing your community support for these great high school athletes.

Awards are given for Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball, Baseball, Bowling, Cross Country, Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Surfing, Swimming, Tennis, Track, Boys Weighlifting, Girls Flag Football Volleyball, Wrestling as well as several specialty awards.
