BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Enforcers defeated the Viera Hawks 88-85 on Friday.

The Enforcers Basketball Team is made up of Law Enforcement Officers, Fire Rescue, and Corrections Deputies who volunteer their time to engage with the youth of Brevard County through fun and competitive sports and programs.

The BCSO Enforcers team has come a long way since its inception in the year 2006. In 2011 the team traveled to New York City to compete in the World Police and Fire Games. BCSO finished ranked first in the USA and third in the World, bringing a bronze medal back to Brevard County.

In their unlikely journey, the team defeated powerhouses, LAPD, and FDNY along the way. The BCSO team won the Gold medal in the 2013 Florida Police and Fire Games. Back-to-back championships in the 2012-2013 Florida Comets Police and Fire Tournaments. And a 4Peat in the 2012-2013-2014-2015 Orlando Magic “Guns and Hoses” Tournaments.

Most recently the Enforcers competed in the 2014 United States Police and Fire Championships in San Diego California and brought home the Silver medal.
