Of all the theme parks in the world, Disney World has to be up there. The Orlando, Florida, facility attracts millions of visitors every year and is a massive contributor to the city’s and state’s tourism sector. Disney World has some iconic attractions, including rides that visitors line up all day to experience.

The Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the popular attractions at Disney World, for example. When visiting the theme park, it helps to know some lesser-known rides that will not be as crowded but are worth checking out.

They include:

The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover

The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover is one of the most popular rides at Animal Kingdom. It is an emission-less free ride, is relatively fast, and passes through Tomorrowland for a beautiful glance of its beauty while taking a tour around the Park.

You will see many Disney attractions on The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, including Space Mountain, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin, and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. On the ride, you will also see a scaled-down version of Progress City, a futuristic representation of Epcot by Disney.

The Frozen Ride at Epcot

It is not surprising that one of the most popular movies by Disney has a ride in the theme park. However, the ride is not as in demand as you would think, making The Frozen Ever After ride worth going off the beaten path for.

You will definitely love the Frozen Ride at Epcot if you love the movie. It may not be as exciting as other Epcot rides, but you can see your favorite characters and sing those unforgettable songs. You may still have to wait in line, but it will probably be shorter than the others.

Tower of Terror

Another uncommon Disney World ride that you should try is the Tower of Terror. It is a ride with one of the best themes in the Park. The employees’ costumes are fantastic, the decor is sinister, and the pre-show is frightening.

The best part about the Tower of Terror ride is the appealing story that draws you in, making you enjoy the ride even more. The ride is a lot of fun, and it will make you feel as if you were in a scary hotel full of ghosts. The tower of terror is a less-known drop ride that you should experience when visiting Disney World.

Carousel of Progress

Given all the competition in the Animal Kingdom, any ride that doesn’t have a line would be great. On the other hand, though you might not find a queue at the Carousel of Progress, it is a ride worth taking. The Carousel of Progress is an old ride first created over 50 years ago for the New York World’s Fair

It offers a chance at three eras full of technological progress by showcasing some of the most fascinating modern and classic gadgets. It also features an unforgettable song that you will hum for weeks after which you should listen to.

Living With The Land

Epcot has many excellent rides, but you should not miss Living With the Land, as many visitors often do. The first half of the ride will dazzle you with beautiful and intriguing ecosystems and later proceeds to showcase creative, sustainable agriculture ideas.

Living With the Land is one of the more informative rides in the Park, so many people ignore it in favor of more entertaining rides. However, you can take solace in the fact that there are restaurants cooking delicious meals with the foods grown on the land along the ride.

If you are one of those people who like discovering hidden gems, the above rides are the gems of Disney World. They will spare you the hours of queuing while still entertaining and thrilling you. Carousel of Progress, The Frozen Ever After, Living With The Land, Tower of Terror and The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover are Disney World rides worth taking.
