Best Trek in Everest Region

The Everest region is in the northeastern part of Nepal. It takes around a 30-minutes flight from Kathmandu to reach Lukla, which is the main town of the Everest Reason. Some of Nepal’s top treks can be found in the Everest Region. Each Trek is distinct and has its own characteristics.
The most well-known trip in the Everest region is the Everest Base Camp Trek. There are, however, other hikes that are equally amazing and beautiful.
1. Everest Base Camp Trek
The Everest Base Camp trek, Nepal’s most famous trek, traverses a well-established trail that winds its way up river valleys, along with glaciers, and finally to the foot of Mt. Everest, where all expeditions on the mountain’s south side begin. The glacier will be humming with dozens of expedition camps if you visit in the spring. Although everyone’s goal is to reach Everest Base Camp, the communities and scenery along the way are genuine pleasures.
2. Everest Three Passes Trek
The Three Passes trek integrates parts of the various Everest region treks into a single demanding expedition. The route takes you on a complete lap of the Sagarmatha National Park, going by all of the park’s excellent vistas, settlements, and landmarks. The trek leads you into the more rural regions next to the main Everest Base Camp Trek, taking you off the usual road. You’ll be traversing three passes, all above 5000m: Kongma La, Cho La, and Renjo La.
3. Gokyo Lakes Trek
The Gokyo Lakes trek, which takes you up a parallel valley to the little lakeside village of Gokyo, is the second most popular trek in the Everest region (after Everest Base Camp). You have the choice of returning to Lukla the same way or crossing the Cho La pass (5,420 m) to join the classic Everest Base Camp trek, depending on how much time you have. A visit to these gorgeous high-altitude blue lakes is well worth the trip if you have the time.
4. Island Peak Climbing
Island Peak (6,189 m) is one of Nepal’s most popular climbing peaks, with a spectacular and heavily glaciated West Face rising from the Lhotse Glacier. 6. Ama Dablam Trek

Although it is not as high as Mount Everest, it commands respect and is popular among mountaineers and visitors. This walk passes through the Sherpa people’s famous Buddhist towns and temples while providing unrivaled vistas of some of the world’s highest peaks.
