Jon Scott Santy, Broker/Manager with Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. listed 3618 Indian River Drive in Cocoa for $1.95 million and the property is currently under contract. This residence is the highest-priced property on Indian River Drive and will be one of the highest-priced sales ever recorded in the neighborhood.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – It’s no secret that the Brevard County real estate market is on fire and has been steadily increasing pace over the last year and a half with higher demand and lower available properties.

Jon Scott Santy, Broker/Manager with Florida East Coast Real Estate, Inc. recently broke several significant sales records in the luxury real estate realm on the Space Coast.

First, 185 City Point Road in Cocoa which Santy listed and subsequently sold on March 28 for a record $1.1 million dollars. This was a sensational custom pool home with four garages, plus an additional expansive 30×60 RV garage with 20-foot ceilings.

On March 1, Santy listed 3618 Indian River Drive in Cocoa for $1.95 million and the property is currently under contract. This residence is the highest-priced property on Indian River Drive and will be one of the highest-priced sales ever recorded in the neighborhood.

This home was one of few direct-waterfront homes on the Intracoastal Waterway, offering a dock, riverside pool and over 4,500 square feet of living space with expansive river and VAB (Vehicle Assembly Building) Space Center views.

Santy featured both properties in the Wallstreet Journal and Mansion Global, a luxury property website with an international reach.

This was a sensational custom pool home with four garages, plus an additional expansive 30×60 RV garage with 20-foot ceilings.

Santy is certainly no rookie when it comes to setting sales records, as earlier this year, he sold 545 Garfield Avenue, #904, in Cocoa Beach for $769,000 working with both the buyer and seller.

This earned a record in the Las Palmas beachfront condominium residences for the highest sale. In November of last year, Santy with his colleague Jasta Meade brought a record sale on his listing on Jamaica Drive in Cocoa Beach of $1.055 million for canal front in that neighborhood.

Santy was recently awarded “Guild” recognition, the crown jewel of the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation offered by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

The “Guild” recognition is awarded only to real estate professionals who have demonstrated a consistent history of successful sales over the $1 million dollar mark and after successful completion of the Institute’s luxury home marketing curriculum.
