BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne calls for mostly sunny skies, with a high near 80, expect it to be a windy day, with a north wind from 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph on Wednesday.

■ Wednesday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 65. North wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

■ Thursday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

■ Thursday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 64. North northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light northwest in the evening.

■ Friday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Light and variable wind becoming east southeast 5 to 10 mph in the morning.

■ Friday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 67. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
