OBITUARY: Gladys Bollea, 69, of Cocoa, Passed Away With Family By Her Side May 3

Gladys was married to her beloved husband, Bret Bollea for 40 years

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Gladys Bollea was born on January 5, 1953, in Gardiner, Maine. She was married to her beloved husband, Bret Bollea for 40 years. She passed away with her family by her side at Advent Health Care in Orlando, Florida, on May 3, 2022.

She left behind a husband, Bret Bollea, two sons David Wortham (Cathy) and Joseph (Leslie) Wortham, a sister Phen Twyford, a brother Brian Jones, and grandchildren Dominic, Trinity, Kallen, Presten, and Corden.

Gladys, aka Lal, was a great Wife, Mother, and Grandma/Nana. Gladys happiness left a mark on everyone she made contact with. She treated everyone like family and would help anyone she could.

She was a true treasure and the epitome of selflessness and devotion. Her greatest treasures were her husband, kids, and grandkids in which she dedicated her life to and created memories with.

She enjoyed volleyball, going back to Maine, bowling, and was looking forward to going back to Maine this year on the train ride.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on June 2, at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home, 5475 U.S. Highway 1, Port St. John, Florida.
