William “Bill” Richard Frank, Jr. 68, born in Oceanside, Long Island, passed away May 18, 2022. Bill worked at Northrup Grumman for 45 years and was also a local Musician. Bill moved to Florida with his family from Long Island in 1990 where he continued to be a successful engineer and never gave up playing music.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – William “Bill” Richard Frank, Jr. 68, born in Oceanside, Long Island, passed away May 18, 2022. Bill worked at Northrup Grumman for 45 years and was also a local Musician.

Bill moved to Florida with his family from Long Island in 1990 where he continued to be a successful engineer and never gave up playing music.

Music was his passion and he was incredibly talented, he was a singer-songwriter and played piano, guitar, harmonica, drums, bass, and saxophone.

In the 1970s Bill played with a local Long Island band called Nostalgia and was a member of Six Gun, another local Long Island band from the early 1980s until his move to Florida in 1990.

Bill was a beloved husband, father and grandfather and is survived by his wife, Cheryl and children: son, Jason (Crystal) Perruccio, daughter, Jaime (Keith)Tackett, son Bill (Andrea) Frank, daughter Erin (Anthony Santiago) Frank and son, Ryan Frank and daughter, Kailee Frank; grandsons Chase Tackett and Benjamin Perruccio; siblings Debbie Gordy, and Kevin and Gary Frank.
