Brevard County Fire Rescue Now Accepting Qualified Applicants for Next Recruit Class

ABOVE VIDEO: Brevard County Fire Rescue is in search of dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals that are looking to serve the community with passion and BCFR is accepting applications for their next recruit class.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue is in search of dedicated, responsible, and motivated individuals that are looking to serve the community with passion, and BCFR is accepting applications for their next recruit class.

Applications are due by June 20 if you want to be invited to the test.

Brevard County Fire Rescue is an ALS transport agency that hires the State of Florida certified firefighters/EMTs and Firefighter/Paramedics.

Applicants must possess a valid State of Florida driver’s license, current CPR/ACLS certification, and a current CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test).

Applicants will be required to pass a high-level background investigation. All Firefighters/ EMTs must agree to become paramedic certified within Departmental time frames. Tuition will be provided by the Department.
