BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Due to redistricting, the Chandler Langevin for Florida House District 32 campaign announced it has suspended his current campaign to primary State Representative Thad Altman, and has refiled to run in House District 33 in 2024.
House District 33 is currently held by State Representative Randy Fine who will term out of his House Seat the same year. Langevin is the first to file for this seat.
“Americans are living in tyrannical times,” said Chandler.
“In the past two years we have seen a stolen election, a disregard for medical freedom, the indoctrination of our children by the state, and ever more attempts to strip us of our 2nd Amendment and our ability to defend ourselves from this very tyranny. As a staunch ‘Florida First’ conservative, I intend to be a strong ally to Governor Ron DeSantis in the legislature, and pursue the kind of policies that have made Florida a beacon of hope and liberty during these dark times.”
Chandler was raised in Brevard County where he graduated from Titusville High School and earned an Associate Degree from Eastern Florida State College. He spent 10 years in the United States Navy Reserve as a Hospital Corpsman attached to the Marine Corps infantry where he deployed to Afghanistan and the Pacific.
Chandler also spent a year abroad studying the effects of communist governments in Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe.
