NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE: 40 Percent Chance of Shower and Thunderstorms, High Near 87, for Brevard County on Saturday

Sunday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers before 8 p.m.

The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard County on Saturday calls for  a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m., partly sunny skies, with a high near 87, along with North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Brevard County on Saturday calls for a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 2 p.m., partly sunny skies, with a high near 87, along with North wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

■ Sunday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers before 8 p.m. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73. North northeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.

■ Monday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Sunny, with a high near 88. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east in the afternoon.

■ Monday Night: A chance of thunderstorms before 8 p.m. Mostly clear, with a low around 73. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 30%.

■ Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Sunny, with a high near 88. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

■ Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 74. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm after midnight.

■ Wednesday: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. Light and variable wind becoming east 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
