BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – SpaceX has scheduled a Falcon 9 rocket launch for Wednesday that will carry Nilesat 301 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The launch is targeted for 5:04 p.m. ET.

The rocket will launch the Nilesat 301 geostationary communications satellite.

Built by Thales Alenia Space, Nilesat 301 will provide digital broadband and internet connectivity services for the Egyptian operator Nilesat.

The first stage booster will land on a drone ship in the Atlantic Ocean.
