ABOVE VIDEO: The City of Cocoa Beach Commission meets tonight at 6 pm and one of the items being considered is to amend the approval requirement from an Affirmative Five (5) Commissioners Vote to an Affirmative Vote of Four (4) Commissioners for a Comprehensive Plan adoption, amendments that address increasing the permissible building and structure height, or allowable development, and/or density.
