BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – We’re inviting you to Paws for a Moment with Brevard Zoo… our official podcast!

Have you ever wanted to know what a Zoo Director does? Or how animals are transported across the country? Ever wondered which of our giraffes is the silliest? You can find all of these answers – and much, much more – at your own listening convenience!

This duo invites experts from around the Zoo to answer their burning questions, get an inside look at how the Zoo operates, learn the tricks of the zookeeping trade and so much more.

Each episode takes a deep dive into a new topic and there’s no shortage of fun to be had!

Episodes will be released on a biweekly basis – every other Sunday morning, so mark your calendars to listen to each new topic as it comes out.

Each episode is around 30-45 minutes in length, making it the perfect listen on your commute to work, while cooking, winding down from a long day, or wherever else you listen to your podcasts!

Chelsea Herman, Brevard Zoo’s Animal Curator, and Nikki Perry, Expedition Africa’s Barn Supervisor, discuss everything you’ve ever wanted to know about giraffes. From what they eat, to their individual personalities, you’ll get a true insider look into our tower!
