Hardman transitions into this role after serving as the Assistant Director of Communications since joining Florida Tech in August 2021. Over the past year, she has been the primary contact for men’s soccer, women’s basketball, and softball.

In her new role, she will serve as a Florida Tech athletics leadership team member.

“I have had the pleasure of Christina’s dedication to providing excellent athletic communications service to scholar-athletes, coaches, and fans for the past year at Florida Tech and her two years at West Liberty,” Joss said.

“She is a rising star in this industry. We are excited for the vision and commitment to elevate the scholar-athlete and fan experience in engaging with our athletic programs.”

Hardman will also work closely with the Assistant Director for Athletic Partnerships & Promotions and the Associate AD for Game Operations in developing the best possible experience for fans locally and worldwide.
