UCF FanFest Set for August 13, Event is Free and Open to the Public

Knights fans will have their annual opportunity to celebrate the start of the 2022 athletics season with the Downtown ChargeOn Tour and UCF FanFest, set for Friday, Aug. 12 and Saturday, Aug. 13, respectively.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA (UCF Knights) – UCF Knights fans will have their annual opportunity to celebrate the start of the 2022 athletics season with the Downtown ChargeOn Tour and UCF FanFest, set for Friday, Aug. 12 and Saturday, Aug. 13, respectively.

The ChargeOn Tour will be held at Ace Café (100 W. Livingston St., Orlando, Fla. 32801) from 5-8 p.m. It will include a social hour and meet and greet, as well as a formal portion of the program set to begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. with remarks from UCF Director of Athletics Terry Mohajir and Knights head coaches.

The free event is open to Knights of all ages and fans are encouraged to register by clicking here.

FanFest will take place at Addition Financial Arena the following day (Saturday) with doors opening to the Arena lobby at 12:30 p.m. and autographs available from 1-3 p.m.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet and get autographs from UCF head football coach Gus Malzahn, as well as members of the football team and other fall sports teams.

Note: Fans are allowed to bring one item to be autographed and football posters will be distributed throughout the event. In order to accommodate as many fans as possible, coaches and players can only sign one item per person and photo opportunities are very limited.
Free parking is in Garages D, H and F
Fans should enter through the main Addition Financial Arena doors
Admission to Fan Fest is free
The Bookstore on East Plaza Drive will be open on Saturday from 12-4 p.m.
Following the conclusion of the FanFest, fans are encouraged to attend the men’s soccer exhibition match against Tampa. Start time of the match will be announced at a later date. Sponsors of the event include Dunkin, Island Wing Company, Noodles and Company, and The Marines.
