– Thinking that selling is all about closing the deal as quickly as possible

Manich also had this to say about what it takes to be successful in sales: “The three things that are most important for sales success are: relationships, hard work, and hustle. If you can focus on those three things, you’ll be successful in sales.”

When it comes to hard work in sales, here’s what you need to know: “The biggest misconception about sales is that it’s easy. It’s not. Sales is hard work. It’s long hours and a lot of rejection. But the hard work pays off, and it’s worth it.”
