BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne forecast for Thursday in Brevard County calls for a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon, mostly sunny skies, with a high near 93. Heat index values will be as high as 105. South southwest winds will be 5 to 10 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon.

Friday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 75. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm after midnight.

Saturday: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Mostly sunny, with a high near 92. West southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east southeast in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
