Barbara Rita Ann Pagano Mills passed at the age of 87 years young and lived life to the fullest and kept her independence until the very end, along with a positive attitude about everything life threw her way. Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, daughter, and friend to so many.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – We are heartbroken to announce the passing of our dear, beloved mother, Barbara Rita Ann Mills… affectionately known by many of her friends as “Bubbles.”

Barbara passed at the age of 87 years young and lived life to the fullest and kept her independence until the very end, along with a positive attitude about everything life threw her way. Barbara was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, daughter, and friend to so many.

Barbara leaves behind her four children Gene, Wayne, Dale, and Lara; along with their spouses Gretchen, Stephanie, Terry, and Frank. Barbara had 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren who all adored her!

Barbara also leaves behind her surviving brother, Rudy Pagano and his wife Carol, and her boyfriend Frank Casabianca who stood steady by her side until the very last moment.

Our family will be honoring and celebrating her life on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the Palm Bay Senior Center, 1275 Culver Dr. NE, Palm Bay, Florida 32907 from 2:30 – 4:30.

She will be laid to rest, alongside her husband of almost 60 years, Eugene Mills at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation direct to the Palm Bay Senior Center.
