Titusville Man Arrested in Cocoa Beach For Carrying Concealed Firearm, Illegal Drugs After Routine Traffic Stop

Justin D. Picior, 27, of Titusville, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, August 17, at around 3:15 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of N. Atlantic Ave. for felony drug possession and concealed firearm charges.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach Police arrested a Titusville man on Wednesday for various drug charges after police conducted a routine traffic stop.

Justin D. Picior, 27, of Titusville, was arrested Wednesday afternoon, August 17, at around 3:15 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of N. Atlantic Ave. for felony drug possession and concealed firearm charges.

Cocoa Beach Police Detective Joe Smith stopped Picior for traffic related offenses.

During the stop, Detective Smith developed probable cause to search Picior’s truck and located a concealed firearm, and a case that contained approximately three ounces of cannabis, THC wax, a digital scale, and plastic baggies.

Picior was taken into custody and charged with Carrying a Concealed Firearm During Commission of a Felony; Carrying a Concealed Firearm; Possession of More Than 20 Grams of Cannabis with Intent to Sell; Possession of Paraphernalia Used to Transport Drugs, and transported to the county jail.
