The Groove Kids to Perform On Saturday, Nov. 19 at Space Coast State Fair in Viera

FAIR FEATURES FREE UNLIMITED RIDES AND FREE SHOWS FOR GATE ADMISSION

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Groove Kids, a youth rock band from Satellite Beach, Florida, will perform on Saturday, November 19, at 3 p.m. at the Space Coast State Fair at Space Coast Daily Park in Viera.

The band was formed by founding members 11-year-old lead singer/guitarist Brylee Martin and 10-year-old  drummer Gavin DePalma, drummer in January 2019.

Erin Peterson, 12, a lead guitarist, joined the band shortly after in May of 2019.

Bass guitarist Paige Rustis, 11,  is the newest Groove Kids band member who joined in the middle of 2020.

The Groove Kids lead singer and rhythm guitarist is 11-year-old Brylee Martin, who has been singing since before she could walk and took up guitar playing in 2017.

Brylee is a straight-A student who loves to perform on stage. When Brylee is not on stage performing, you can find her in the woods hunting and fishing with her dad.

DePalma is the youngest member of the band, and he loves the 70s and 80s Rock n Roll. He has loved music since birth and, is a natural-born drummer, singer, and enjoys playing the keyboards too.

Peterson started studying guitar at the Groove Shack when she was 10. She loves Emo music and 80s rock and is an A student at Ocean Breeze Elementary school. Peterson is active in STEM and Lego League and hopes to become a mechanical engineer.

Rustis has been playing bass for about a year and her musical background includes violin and piano. When she isn’t rockin’ out on the bass, you will find her surfing, skating and hanging out with family and friends.

The Space Coast State Fair, Brevard’s largest and most popular annual family event, is set for November 4 through 20 at Space Coast Daily Park in Viera.
