Brevard Supervisor of Elections to Closes Due to Tropical Storm Nicole, Election Functions Will Still Take Place

Voters have until 5 p.m. on November 10 to submit their Mail Ballot Signature Affidavit Form

As a result of county office closures due to Tropical Storm Nicole, the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 9 and Thursday, November 10. The four administrative offices will remain closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. All offices will reopen on Monday, November 14 at 8 a.m.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – As a result of county office closures due to Tropical Storm Nicole, the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 9 and Thursday, November 10.

The four administrative offices will remain closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. All offices will reopen on Monday, November 14 at 8 a.m.

The statutorily mandated duties of the office for the 2022 General Election must still be conducted, despite the county office closures.

Voters have until 5 p.m. on November 10 to submit their Mail Ballot Signature Affidavit Form and a copy of their identification. Voters can submit their information as follows:

Drop-off in person: Election Support Center located at 525 John Rodes Blvd. in Melbourne on Wednesday, November 9 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

For provisional ballot voters, voters have until 5 p.m. on November 10 to provide evidence of their eligibility to vote and/or submit their Provisional Ballot Signature Affidavit Form and a copy of their identification.
