Helene murray faces Felony charges of aggravated animal cruelty, criminal mischief
WATCH: Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey along with deputies arrested animal abuse suspect Helene Murray on Wednesday after Murray “intentionally killed” a dog. “I’m getting ready to walk a sorry excuse for a human being into our jail for animal cruelty,” said Sheriff Ivey. “Folk’s this one is one of the worst I have ever seen in my entire life, this one takes the cake.”
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey along with deputies arrested animal abuse suspect Helene Murray on Wednesday after Murray “intentionally killed” a dog.
“I’m getting ready to walk a sorry excuse for a human being into our jail for animal cruelty,” said Sheriff Ivey. “Folk’s this one is one of the worst I have ever seen in my entire life, this one takes the cake.”
Sheriff Ivey said Murray admitted to luring a dog on to a heavily traveled U.S. Hwy 1 where the dog was hit and killed by a vehicle.
Murray is facing multiple charges which including Felony aggravated animal cruelty, Felony criminal mischief and Violation of probation.
“There’s only one place for somebody who intentionally causes the death of an animal – right here at the Brevard County Jail,” said Sheriff Ivey.
