Bruce had hair salons across Florida and taught at the Vidal Sassoon Academy

Bruce Paul Heinemann, 80, passed away at the St. Francis Hospice in Melbourne, Florida. He was a Marine veteran and three-time All-Florida Hairstyling Champion.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Bruce Paul Heinemann, 80, passed away at the St. Francis Hospice in Melbourne, Florida.

Bruce was born in New Haven, CT, and moved to Orlando, Florida. He was a Marine veteran and three-time All-Florida Hairstyling Champion.

In his long career as a barber, Bruce had hair salons across Florida and taught at the Vidal Sassoon Academy. Bruce loved motorcycles and sailing.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Celeste, daughter, Sheila, son, Paul, sisters, Diane Walsh and Joyce Taylor(Joe), and his grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at the Sebastian Inlet Fishing Pier on February 28, 2023 at noon. Lunch will follow at Squid Lips Seafood Restaurant.
