The online application portal opens at 12 a.m. on Friday, March 3. Room availability in on-campus student housing is limited.

Fall move-in dates are August 9-10 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There has been no price increase since the first housing building was opened in 2020.

The cost is $7,000 for one academic year, which includes the major Fall and Spring terms if paid by July 20. Summer term housing is optional at a cost of $1,500.

A $150 application fee is required and must be paid within 14 days of submitting the online application form. If housing space is not available, the applicant may request an application fee refund.

In order to be eligible to move in, students must be registered for at least 12 full-credit hours.

The second 96-bed student housing building is currently under construction and planned to be completed and ready for occupancy immediately before the start of the Fall 2023 term.
