Hallock is the nephew of the legendary War Eagles football coach, Randy Hallock. Coach Hallock shares his excitement about being named head coach. BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Astronaut War Eagles Head Football Coach Logan Hallock stopped by the Mike Erdman Space Coast Daily TV Studios to speak with Friday Night Locker Rooms Steve Wilson on his latest role.

Coach Hallock is the nephew of former longtime War Eagles head coach, the late Randy Hallock, who led the program for nearly two decades.

Logan Hallock spent the last two seasons as the offensive coordinator and associate head coach for DeLand High School.

Hallock will be taking over the Astronaut High School football program after former head coach Justin Worden stepped down earlier this month.

Astronaut War Eagles released the following statement after naming Logan Hallock head football coach:

Logan brings 4 years of D1 playing experience at Appalachian State University under Scott Satterfield. For the past two years, he has served as Head JV, Offensive Coordinator, and Wide Receiver Coach under 3-time State Championship coach Rick Darlington.

The vision of his program will be built on the core values of love, honor, humility, discipline, perseverance, and faith.

He is excited and ready to put boots on the ground to transform our football program into championship-level athletes and even stronger, quality young men in our community!

ABOVE VIDEO: Astronaut Head Coach Randy Hallock talks with Steve Wilson after a victory over Atlantic Port Orange in 2015. Over his 19-year career, the War Eagles won five district championships and 133 games during his tenure. In 2000, he led Astronaut to the Class 3A runner-up title. He also coached Astronaut High School soccer, where they earned 13 postseason bids. The long-time Astronaut High School football coach and former teacher at Eau Gallie High School passed away on  December 7, 2020.
