West Shore Jr./Sr. High School Cheer Team to Compete in National Championships at Disney World

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – In their first year of existence, West Shore’s competitive cheer teams have earned two bids to compete at the National High School cheerleading championships held at Walt Disney World.

The teams, consisting of 15 athletes, competed in the Universal Cheerleading Association (UCA) Central Florida Regional Competition in Tampa, where they performed two routines.

One routine earned 4th place, and both routines earned bids to the national competition which is held on February 10-12.

“Help us wish them luck as they compete on the world stage, Way to go, West Shore!” said West Shore spokesperson.
