Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey details a new round of suspects arrested for various crimes around Brevard County. (BCSO Image)

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – If you go to Travelocity and check out the accommodations at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge” you will find that it has the lowest comfort rating possible and is listed as a “no frills/but plenty of thrills resort”!

The Inmate Dining Hall has been frequently labeled as serving the worst food in the history of prison foods with the chow halls at Alcatraz and Shawshank actually scoring higher ratings!!

Receiving excellent ratings of friendliness and professionalism, the staff at this “no stars resort” is recognized for their efficiency at processing booking reservations and finding the perfect room that suits the guests required needs!!

While the staff is listed as friendly and professional, sadly they have also been rated as not very accommodating when it comes to helping with reservation cancellations and listening to sad stories about costly mistakes in booking a room at the facility!!

While the resort scores miserably in recreational amenities and TV, it scores extremely high in providing transportation to the resort by “Star Car Limousines” and also “Final Destination Bus Transportation” to its extended stay partner facility, the Florida State Prison!!

Guest comments can be summarized with…I’m never freaking going back to that place, there was hair in the shower, getting cuffed and stuffed is not what I thought it was gonna be, my roommate was killing me, I could hear some kind of commotion in the room next to us, and someone ate my cornbread!!

Trust me when I tell you that you do not want to stay at “Ivey’s Iron Bar Lodge”!!
